Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required for all returns.

Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Instead, eligible returns will be issued as a store credit to use on future purchases.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will organise either a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked postage service, as BYKKIN Australia cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing Times

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 5–9 business days for your store credit or refund (where applicable) to be processed.
